How do i get started?
Schedule a FREE Discovery Session
We'll have a discussion to confirm details, identify pain points, and imagine what's possible. Following the session, your key stakeholders will receive a detailed proposal, typically within 3-5 business days.

Approve the Proposal
The proposal will take you to our client portal. Inside, you can view the plan, agenda, invoice, contract, and payment schedule. Electronically sign the contract, and we are good to go!
2.
Show up
We'll take care of everything else. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes appropriate to your team and closed-toed shoes.

Who do you work with?
We work with any organization that has 10 or more employees. This includes Fortune 500 companies, small and medium-sized businesses, school districts, churches, and nonprofit organizations. If you want to grow your leaders or celebrate your team we are here for you!
What is your service area?
Our primary service area is Atlanta, Birmingham, Chattanooga, and everywhere in between.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing depends on the solution, number of participants, and length of the event. This website lists our base price, which includes the first ten people. Additional participants can be added for a nominal fee.

Do you travel?
Yes! We bring the fun and learning to you anywhere in the United States! Travel within a 1-hour drive of our headquarters in Rome, GA is FREE.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards, company checks, and dad jokes. However, dad jokes usually have no cash value.
Is there an extra cost for travel?
We charge $60 per hour for travel outside of the free travel radius to cover gas and vehicle costs. If we fly or need a hotel, travel expenses such as airfare, lodging, and parking are invoiced at cost.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes! We love serving nonprofit organizations, educators, and small businesses. We also have a special discount for members of the Rome-Floyd Chamber and the Rome Business Group.
Yikes. The proposal costs more than we expected. What now?
Doesn't everything these days? If you are on a strict budget, let us know. We'll review the proposal to see if there is room to reduce the scope or offer alternatives.

When is my payment due?
The payment schedule will be detailed on the proposal and invoice. For most events and training, we require a 50% deposit within 30 days of signing the contract. Let us know if your organization has special payment requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once you sign the contract, we get to work on the details of your experience. Life happens, and we understand. There is no fee for postponing once or twice. If you cancel the event outright, you may forfeit the deposit to cover the time and expenses. Everything DiSC® profiles or similar are non-refundable.
Why do we have to sign a waiver?
Lawyers. Our methodology incorporates experiential activities. While we are highly trained professionals, these activities carry an inherent risk that cannot be eliminated completely. We are committed to managing and limiting those risks.
